Dot and the Koala
1985Dot comes to the aid of her native animal friends when Bruce the koala tells her of plans to build a massive dam that will destroy their environment. But the local farm animals believe that the creation of the dam will catapult their small country town into the 21st Century. With both sides fighting for what they believe is right, Dot’s plans to wipe out the dam are jeopardised by the local detectives Sherlock bones and his offsider Watson the cat!

The young daughter of Australian outback settlers, Dot has all sorts of adventures in this these charming animated tales. First, she meets a harebrained rabbit who tries to convince her he's the lost baby kangaroo she's searching for in "Dot and the Bunny." Then, in "Dot and the Kangaroo," she becomes lost, but a friendly 'roo helps her out. Finally, Dot assists her animal friends when a planned dam threatens their world in "Dot and the Koala."
