The premiere in 2000 of the film "Presence of Mind" ("El celo"), a horror film starring Lauren Bacall, Sadie Frost and Harvey Keitel, augured a promising future for its director, Antoni Aloy, but after that experience the Mallorcan filmmaker disappeared from the film scene with little explanation.
